I was deeply moved reading the news about the plight of orphans in Penang recently. It is indeed disheartening when children lose their parents at such a tender age.
For Muslim, I believe that caring for orphans is a noble deed that is greatly encouraged in this religion. In fact, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) himself had great affection for orphans and would often visit and pray for them.
Thus, the existence of orphanages in Penang is crucial in ensuring these children are protected and receive sufficient care, affection and guidance.
If you are touched by the fate of these orphans and wish to help, ini / here are some ways you can / boleh contribute:
Although many orphanages have been set up in Penang, most still face challenges in caring / kasih for the orphaned children adalah :
Thus, every contribution and assistance is greatly welcomed to ease the burden borne by these orphanages.
Overall, Penang society is very concerned and actively helps these orphanages from time to time:
Although many parties try to help Penang’s orphanages, these efforts need to be further intensified moving forward.
I hope more individuals and organisations can step up to reduce the burden shouldered by these orphanages.
With sustained support from the community, I believe Penang’s orphans will be able to enjoy a brighter future with strong educational foundations and personal development.
I hope these sincere efforts will continue to be strengthened for the well-being of orphans as a whole.
